Having been a personal trainer for many years I come across clients with many health issues and and stressful lifestyles.
People come to me as they want to adapt to a healthier lifestyle, learn what foods to eat, what exercises to do for a flat tum and many more reasons.
So I am always constantly researching things to assist my work to achieve a clients overall health, mentally and physically, externally and internally.
To accomplish this I am building a team of experts around my business who I can work with who are also passionate to share their knowledge of therapies, nutrition to enhance Total Body Health.

Today I recommend Balinese Massage.

If you want to try something a little different from your regular sports massage, Balinese is a wonderful experience leaving your body healing itself long after the massage has ended.

Balinese Massage is a full body deep tissue, holistic massage treatment using a blend of aromatherapy oils to enhance relaxation and soothe aching muscles.
This treatment is effective for sports people. Gentle strokes are used combined with stretches and long kneading moves, to release tense muscles and to stimulate the flow of blood, oxygen and qi ‘energy’ around the body, to bring deep relaxation and to promote well being.
The Balinese have used this therapy for centuries to improve their lifestyles.

Lynny Jennings offers Balinese Massage at my studio – The Fitness Clinic.
