Hey its New Year and all the Christmas parties are now over. Are you looking forward to a Ski holiday?
Don’t just jump on the ski’s this year unfit . Here are some simple exercises that will help you have an even better time on the slopes. Its never too late to start them but ideally about six weeks before will just give you the edge.
