Yogailosophy one on one introduction to Yoga courses.Over an 8 week period we will cover

* Breathing(prana) techniques and how to apply them to yoga practice.
* Meditation methods
* Yogic diet
*Basic asanas and what they do to enhance each part of the body internally/externally and how to apply them to enhance imbalances.
* Sutras/Scriptures from Patanjali.
