SoSpa Fun Fitness Holiday Oct 2011-what we got up to..

 

Once again on September 28th,Client Julie Hines and I set off for a fab fun Lindos fitness week. Julie’s goal was to take her fitness to the next level, have a lot of fun and if she dropped a dress size that would be a bonus.
It was the second SoSpa break for Julie only she enjoyed it so much last time that she decided to take a two week break this year. Which was fab as I knew an intense 7 to 14 days can make such a difference to a clients fitness.

 

 

 

 

 

 

After a pre holiday consultation assessing goals, needs and wants we created the following itinerary.

Arrive at Sunnicot Muckley Corner at 03.30
Travel to Birmingham airport. Check In 05.00 ready for flight at 07.00.
Meal provided
Arrive Rhodes Airport Wednesday 13.05 hrs
