Are located in the picturesque Greek village of Lindos on the island of Rhodes offers perfect the location training for our fitness holidays to Greece program. Wake up early to see sunrises and head out for one of our fun classes, this can be functional fun with Elias using fitness balls, bands, boxercise or one of the many classes of yoga, pilates etc.
We dine in friendly local restaurants for all meals and choose delicious healthy local cuisine.
Invigorating and relaxing massages are on offer during our spa days or you can ask one of the SoSpa reps to organise extra treatments for you.
We like keep the amount of guests to small groups, ensuring all clients the very best personal service with exercise programmes to suit individuals.
