I first had reflexology by my midwife during the pregnancy of my third son. It was amazing she actually induced me by pressing on my feet!

Since then I regularly use reflexology when no regular medication works during my IBS flare ups.The tummy spasms just ease away.

To explain further Reflexology is based on a principle that reflex points located on areas of the feet are connected to corresponding areas throughout the body.It encourages the body to work naturally, to restore its own health balance,to correct imbalances in the body and helps release blocked energy.
