What Has 30 Days To More Actually Changed?
How are YOU doing this week?
And I don’t mean the automatic “I’m fine.”
Are you tired? Struggling to motivate yourself? Starting the week with good intentions and losing them by Wednesday?
Eating brilliantly all day and then raiding the cupboards at night?
Telling yourself you’ll exercise tomorrow?
Pouring a glass of wine because you’ve had one of those days?
Or spending far too much time scrolling when you actually feel too exhausted to do anything else?
If any of that sounds familiar, you’re certainly not the only one.I hear versions of it from clients all the time.
And the answer isn’t always more discipline.Sometimes we’re simply overloaded.Too much work.Too many responsibilities. Too many decisions. Too much noise — and not enough time spent doing the things that actually make us feel good.
That’s one of the reasons I’ve been doing my 30 Day Wellness Challenge

Please don’t misunderstand me, I’m not suggesting everyone suddenly finds giving things up easy! I’ve had wobbles. My sleep has fluctuated. My energy has fluctuated. I’ve had cravings and days that haven’t gone to plan.30 Day Wellness Challenge has surprised me. Ps its free to you just check out daily instructions on my Insta & Facebook platforms!

I started this wellness challenge thinking mainly about re-balance some healthier habits — less summer spritzers! Less mindless scrolling!
But the biggest changes haven’t really been about any of those things. They’ve been about what has appeared in the space they leave behind. More energy. Better sleep.More motivation.More creativity. More productive days. More desire to train. More time actually living rather than scrolling.
And perhaps most importantly…More feeling like ME.

That’s something I think we lose without even realising it. Life becomes work, family, responsibilities, appointments, cooking, cleaning, emails, phones and constantly thinking about what everybody else needs.
We definitely don’t need another diet.
Sometimes we need to interrupt our normal life long enough to remember how good we’re capable of feeling.
And that’s exactly why I believe so much in SoSpa Fitness & Fun Holidays

From 30 Day Wellness Challenge To A SoSpa Fitness Holiday

A retreat isn’t “come away because you’re already fit and motivated.” It’s “come away because sometimes you need to physically remove yourself from normal life long enough to reset.”
You step away from your normal routine and immerse yourself in movement, strength, yoga, Pilates, walking, beautiful surroundings, good food, laughter and time to actually think. You train. You rest. You challenge yourself. You try things you might not normally do. You spend time with like-minded people — but importantly, you also have space to do your own thing
.And something starts to change.
You stop thinking:“What should I be doing?”And start asking:“What do I WANT to do?

Why a SoSpa Fitness Holiday Feels Different
Women always come away feeling physically stronger, but the changes go much further than fitness. They leave feeling more confident. More independent. Calmer. More capable. More willing to try things. And with a renewed enthusiasm for looking after themselves when they get home.
That’s why I don’t really think of SoSpa Fitness and Fun Holidays as simply a fitness holiday. It’s seven days away from the noise, long enough to remember yourself again.

So here’s your challenge this week…You don’t need to fly to Greece to start.
Find ONE HOUR that belongs entirely to you.
No work.
No scrolling.
No doing something because somebody else wants you to.
Ask yourself:“If nobody needed anything from me for the next hour, what would I actually WANT to do?”
Then do it. And notice how you feel afterwards.Sometimes MORE starts by removing a little of what’s been taking too much.
