Mondays & Fridays at 1pm this is an energising & uplifting yoga session, to set your mindset for the week ahead (Monday). Working on usual office or seated, driving trouble spots like lower back, hips, shoulders & neck essentially. 
Friday we shake off the work stresses or challenges and shift the mindset to fun & relaxation, completing with a inspiring mantra for the weekend. 
Classes full of movement combined breath work & meditation through movement not stillness to help enhance your life goal focus.
